Commerce organizes a hospitality workshop to improve care for visitors to the city

The councilwoman of Commerce and the Valencian Tourism Agency are organizing, this Wednesday, November 23, a Hospitality Workshop, aimed at merchants, businessmen, freelancers and professionals in the tourism sector, and in collaboration with Aico Abreca-Cobreca (Association of Bars, Restaurants and Cafes) and Ociobal (Business Association of Night and Day Leisure of Benidorm). This initiative aims to sensitize the sector of the importance of attention to visitors, making Benidorm a benchmark in terms of hospitality and customer service. The workshop will take place in the Hall of Acts of the City Council, between 11.30 and 15.30 hours. Those interested can register in the dependencies of the department of Commerce or in any of the collaborating associations.
