The IV Open Paddle of Penya Paparinell is played from Monday at the Palau d'Esports

The tournament is part of the Paddle Circuit in La Marina Baixa and will raise funds for the Major Patroness Saint Festivities


Palau d'Esports l'Illa de Benidorm will be the stage where the IV Open Paddel of Penya Paparinell will be played from 19 to 25 September, organized by Padel Palau Benidorm, with the collaboration of the Sports department. Registered players will compete in the categories 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th male (the last two without federal license) and female 3rd and 4th (last unlicensed). The Open, the twelfth round of Padel Circuit Marina Baixa, was presented this morning by Ana Pellicer, councillor for Sports; Juanjo Martínez, from Padel Palau Benidorm and Quico Ivars, on behalf of Penya Paparinell. Pellicer showed her appreciation to the Penya for "thinking of events" for all audiences that promote sport "and also allow" fundraiser for the Major Festivities ". She also thanked Palau Padel Benidorm because "always responds and always works with all sporting events taking place there." The registration fee is 20 euros per participant. They may register in the offices of the organizing body of Palau d'Esports, by phoning 681 347 225 or on the website of the Valencian Federation of Padel (www.padelcv.com). All participants will receive a technical shirt and a commemorative trophy. For the winners there will be cash prizes, sports equipment, and gifts. The day of the final, gifts among participants and the public will be raffled. As a novelty, the organization has announced a children's tournament on Saturday 24, in the morning at the Palau.
