Born in Albacete on November 2, 1966, his family settled in Benidorm in 1970, married, and has 1 child.

Diploma in Tax Consulting and Tax Law is a Professional expert in Economics and Real Estate Management from UNED, he has a Master in Administration and Management of Sports Entities from the Kernaba Institute and UEDEP.

He is a Tax Advisor, a member of the Professional Association of Tax Advisors of the Valencian Community (APAFCV), and a member of the Association of Tax Advisors and Tax Managers of Spain, he has always developed his professional career in the private sector, this term is his first political experience.
