‘Mirada Circular’ programme will arrive at the Levante beach library on Tuesday 18th

Users of Benidorm’s Poniente Beach had the opportunity yesterday to learn where the waste we generate goes and how it is recycled, thanks to the ‘Mirada Circular’ environmental education programme, which has once again stopped in the city this summer. During the activity, environmental educators explained to visitors at the Poniente beach library the recovery cycle for each type of waste, as well as the key principles of waste separation and selective collection.

The programme, promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana in partnership with Ecoembes, Ecovidrio and Sigre, and supported by the City Council’s Departments of Environment and Beaches, has a second session scheduled in Benidorm. It will take place on Tuesday, 18 August, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Levante Beach Library.
