Hundreds enjoy 'Elio' at Mal Pas Beach as part of ‘Cinema on the Beach’

Mal Pas Beach hosted the first screening of the ‘Cinema on the Beach’ series this evening, an initiative organised by Benidorm Town Council’s Department of Culture and coordinated by Jaime Jesús Pérez.

Hundreds of people arrived with their own chairs, towels and refreshments to enjoy an outdoor film screening by the sea. Pixar’s Elio opened the series, with the screening beginning at 9.30 pm.

The programme will continue on Friday 21 August, also at 9.30 pm and at the same beach, with a screening of CampeonesX, directed by Javier Fesser. The film brings back the team from Campeones, this time venturing into the world of athletics. Admission is free, subject to capacity
