More than 350 guests attend ‘Sopar d’Estíu del Roser’ ( Roser Summer Dinner ) at Ermita de Sanz

More than 350 people gathered last night at Ermita de Sanz to take part in the traditional Sopar d’Estiu (Summer Dinner) organised by the Roser Festival Committee, to raise funds for the festivities that will be held next October in this unique corner of Benidorm’s l’Horta (historic orchard area). The committee, chaired by Paula Mayor Moreno, welcomed all those in attendance alongside the members of its executive board.

Benidorm Mayor Toni Pérez, Councillor for Fiestas Mariló Cebreros, and several members of the municipal council attended the event, together with many residents from the neighbourhood and other parts of the city.

Dozens of members of the committee (mayorales) have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to organise the gathering. Following dinner and a raffle with prizes, the evening continued into the early hours with live entertainment and a bar offering refreshments at affordable prices.
