Benidorm’s Levante Beach visitors learn where waste goes and how it is recycled through the ‘Mirada Circular’ programme

Users of Benidorm’s Levante Beach had the opportunity to learn where the waste we generate goes and how it is recycled, thanks to the ‘Mirada Circular’ environmental education programme, which has once again made a stop in the city this summer. During the activity, environmental instructors explained to visitors at Levante beach library the recovery cycle for different types of waste, as well as the key principles of waste separation and selective collection.

The programme is promoted by the Valencian Government in partnership with Ecoembes, Ecovidrio and Sigre, with the support of Benidorm City Council’s Departments of Environment and Beaches.
