Mobility launches a new allocation of 115 quarterly passes for the l’Aigüera car park

Benidorm Town Council has launched a new allocation of 115 quarterly passes for passenger cars at the municipal public car park in l’Aigüera, covering the months of September, October and November 2026. Applications for these passes open today, Monday, and will remain open until August 28. Mobility Councillor Francis Muñoz explained that, as on previous occasions, “the passes will be allocated in the order in which applications are registered to applicants who meet the requirements, until the quota of 115 passes on offer has been filled.”

To qualify for one of these 24-hour passes, applicants must be the registered owner of a passenger car. In addition, residents who hold a Resident Card will be eligible for a discount on the pass. Specifically, the price of the quarterly pass is €254.35, while the discounted price for Resident Card holders is €160.47.

Applications must be submitted within the established period, and there are two options: in person at the City Council’s General Registry, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; or through the Electronic Office Registry https://sede.benidorm.org. The online application will be open until 11:59 p.m. on August 28 and must be submitted as a General Application, addressed to the Public Space Department.

Applicants must submit the application for a parking pass at the underground l’Aigüera public car park and indicate whether they meet the requirements for the discount available to holders of a Resident Card. The application must also include the applicant’s identification details (first name, surname, ID number, telephone number, email address and home address), as well as the vehicle’s make and registration number. Only one parking pass may be requested per registration, and only the vehicle specified in the application may be parked. Applicants will be notified by telephone or SMS whether their application has been approved.

The City Council will verify that the requirements have been met and establish the order of priority. It will then send the final list of applications to the company responsible for maintaining and assisting with the management of this service, so that the parking passes can be issued. Payment must be made within five calendar days of notification that the application has been approved.

The parking pass does not guarantee a reserved parking space, meaning that pass holders may park their vehicle in any available space on level -2 of the car park, while level -1 will be reserved for short-term parking. Nor does the pass grant priority of entry to the car park if other vehicles are already waiting to enter.
